Processing Time:

We typically take 2-5 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Please note that personalized items may require slightly longer processing.

Shipping Options & Costs (United States Only):

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $150.00 or more within the United States.
Standard Delivery: For orders under $150.00, standard shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-20 business days after shipment.
Express Delivery: For faster delivery within the United States, we offer express shipping which will be calculated at checkout, Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days after shipment.
For orders fulfilled by our printing partner within the United States, the estimated delivery time is typically 3-4 business days after the product is fulfilled. This timeframe assumes standard shipping and doesn't include the actual fulfillment time, which can take 2-5 business days. Express shipping options offer faster delivery, with delivery within 1-3 business days after fulfillment.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at Desire2InspireAZ@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation.
