RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Desire2Inspire. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise. This policy outlines our return procedures.

General Returns:

  • As we work with a Trusted Production Partner for our fulfillment, many of our products are made-to-order. Therefore, all general purchases are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • Please double-check your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email the owner directly at: Jeanine@Desire2Inspireaz.com.

  • To process your claim, please provide:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear photograph of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • We will work with our Trusted Production Partner to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, but this is not guaranteed.

  • It is very important to contact us before returning any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Lost Packages/Items:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Any claims after 14 days will not be susceptible to refunds.

  • We will work with our Trusted Production Partner to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, but this is not guaranteed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of all of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

  • If your item is damaged, lost, or defective, we will replace it with the same item.
